My spiritual journey started at the age of five, but it took a while to find my purpose.
I am an International Clinical and Transpersonal Hypnotherapist known worldwide for Spiritual Hypnotherapy. My clients include celebs in the music industry, professional athletes, and multi-millionaire CEOs. I have worked with over a thousand women (and a few brave men) who are on a journey to heal their souls, break through blockages, and align with their divine purpose.
Since I began, I have conducted sessions in-person and remotely for clients all over the world, including the U.S., Canada, India, Europe, the Caribbean, Australia, and Africa.
I was raised in a Christian household with parents who made sure we attended Sunday service every weekend and choir practice during the week. Like other girls my age, I enjoyed spending time with my friends and cheerleading. As ‘normal’ as I may have appeared on the outside, internally, I’d always felt different. I had a strong intuitive knowing that I was different and here to do something special.
During my college years, I began learning about other cultures and religions throughout the world. It was then that my relationship with God, the Source, began to expand and take shape.
As a stay-at-home mom running a six-figure business, I still struggled to find my path and purpose. Dealing with anxiety and depression, I realized I needed to work on myself first to be the best example for my children.
After a lot of internal healing and shadow work, I discovered the work of Esther Hicks and Abraham. Later, this became the catalyst that led me to the work of Dolores Cannon and Aurelio Mejia, a world-renowned hypnotherapist. I realized our ability to connect with that higher part of ourselves for guidance and clarity and wanted to do the same.
Throughout my life, I’ve been told that I carry an energy that’s unique and makes others feel loved and safe. Family members, friends, and often strangers were naturally attracted to me whenever they were going through a rough time. I became the go-to person who could always mediate and help them make peace with their situation.
After training and receiving my certification in Introspective Hypnosis, I began working with women (and a few brave men) to heal their souls, break through blockages, and align with their divine purpose. Their sessions have helped them resolve issues they’ve been plagued with for months, years, and even decades. Shortly after, I decided to invest in more training to gain additional tools and techniques that would allow me to help even more people.
I completed over 500 hours of training at the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy, a Florida Department of Education state-licensed hypnotherapy school, and became certified in Clinical and Transpersonal Hypnotherapy. This equipped me to work closely with medical professionals to complement their services for mental, emotional, and physical symptoms that may be psychosomatic.
During my sessions, I use a combination of Clinical, Transpersonal, and Introspective Hypnotherapy techniques to assist you in resolving your most pressing issues. Each session is unique and highly spiritual in nature.
