A 50% deposit is required to book your session. The remaining balance is due no later than the day of your session, prior to the start of your session. AfterPay and Klarna are available for payment plans if needed.
Refunds and Cancellations:
No refunds within 14 days of the scheduled session. You may, however, reschedule once for a future date. If a cancellation request is received prior to the 14-day period, both a $150 cancellation fee and a $35-$60 processing fee are deducted from the total refund. If you need to reschedule last minute OR you are 10 minutes late for your session, it will be canceled and there will be a $250 rescheduling fee. Only one reschedule is allowed. When you book a session and submit payment, you agree to these terms.
